Returns & Refunds

Grooming products

We do not accept physical returns of grooming products, whether opened or unopened.

If something isn’t right, contact us. Not accepting a product back doesn’t mean we won’t help.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Email danielle@beardsmanoil.co with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos where useful.

We’ll replace or refund the affected product at our expense and cover shipping costs associated with resolving the issue. If we refund an affected item, we also refund its original shipping charge, where applicable. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Scent and satisfaction concerns

If a scent or product doesn’t work for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We review concerns individually and may offer a replacement, store credit or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Accessories

Unused accessories in their original packaging must arrive back to us within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Returns are inspected before a refund is approved.

Email us with your order number to request authorization before shipping your return. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are not refunded for these returns.

Printed merchandise

Printed merchandise is made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, including choosing the wrong size or color. Damaged, defective or misprinted items are handled under Printful’s applicable return and claims policy.

Contact danielle@beardsmanoil.co promptly with your order number and clear photos. Quality claims must be submitted to Printful within 30 days of receipt, so please allow time for us to submit your claim. Do not send printed merchandise back unless instructed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed the same day approval is given and are issued to the original payment method. The credit typically appears within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
